As a bar, this place is kind of meh. Decor is newish and modern, rinks are a little expensive, the seating is weird, and the place is often empty. It used to be run by the government but’s now under the management of a private colectivo.
But when there’s a show, the place transforms. Then it’s packed and filled with energy, and a great place to enjoy some music. Get there early or call ahead to make sure you get a table. Right now, there’s a jazz jam session every Monday with some of the most talented musicians in Havana and guests from all across the country.
Calle B between 1 and 3, Vedado, Havana
Shows start between 10 and 11, but get there early to get a good spot
